With an emphasis on the second element of Kelani – connection to nature – Kelani Spirit transports participants on a journey through Polynesia utilizing visualization and moving meditation.
This is a gentle and relaxing class, using a chair as a tool in our practice. Seated in a chair we will explore movement to stretch and strengthen the body and mind. We will end with a relaxing meditation. A great class to wind down for the evening!

What to expect in class;
• A body positive, non judgmental, supportive and relaxed environment.
• Online classes: Meeting starts 10 min before class to allow for any questions or just to say hello!
• Variations of the poses will be offered (choose your own adventure)
• This is a beginner type of class (There are no head standing poses..LOL).
• We will end with a relaxing meditation
What to bring:
•Yoga mat & bottle of water
•Optional: Blocks, Straps, Chair or Blanket
Note:
•Online Classes: Please turn your camera on at the beginning of class to say hello. 😊 You are welcome to turn your camera/sound off during class. Zoom link will be sent 30 min before class. Please email me if you do not receive it. (soulfitnessmb@gmail.com)
•Please arrive on time 😊
•In person classes: Masks are mandatory at this time due to MB Health regulations. If you feel ill please stay home. Covid screening/tracing and preventative measures in place.
